Lorel Stevens

LMT, advanced education: Reiki Master and Reflexology.

Lorel grew up surrounded by the cooling climate of Flagstaff, Arizona. From that environment sprang an interest to help people lead active and balanced lives through natural health and body therapies.

Sports have also played a profound role in her passion to help others. From triathlons and bodybuilding to martial arts – competitive sports started her education in injury prevention and treatment, pain management and natural forms of healing.

Lorel has been honored for her advocacy contributions in the community which are an outgrowth of surviving violent trauma. Her principles of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wholeness now enable her to help heal those overcoming injury of all kinds.
